If you’re looking for an early 2000s R&B and enchanting future-pop combo,
“Where You End and I Begin” will take you on a seductive and sultry journey through the vocals of Australian talent, George Maple. Future Classic, the same label that brought the world names like Flume and Flight Facilities, released “Where You End and I Begin” just yesterday.
“I wanted it to feel like a young romance…before the heartbreak. I guess it’s still bittersweet,” Maple stated on Facebook in sharing her new single. To clear things up, George Maple is in fact a woman, also known as Jess Higgs, known for her 2014 single, “Talk Talk” and her Vacant EP. Pairing her alluring, smooth voice with Philadelphia rapper Grande Marshall, the London-born and Australian-based artist has made big steps in kicking off 2015 right in preparation for her upcoming US and Australian tours. Having collaborated with artists like Snakehips and Flume, “Where You End and I Begin” is George Maple’s latest stride in establishing her credence as a notable individual in the modern music world.
